Coca-Cola co. Executive Summary The following report attempts to persuade and convince potential investors that the Coca-Cola co. is a financially efficient and healthy company. Additionally it provides an analysis of the company’s short term and long term financial figures to provide an educated recommendation as to why the company is a lucrative investment. The Coca-Cola Company has always maintained high profits and low debts so that in times of hardship the company does not truly feel the profit gap. The company is ever changing and expanding and is always trying to out-compete industry competitors. Its company aspects such as these that have led me to believe the Coca-Cola co. is the superior choice when considering an investment in the beverage industry. First I chose to analyze some of the most unique qualitative aspects of the company such as; its unique use of social media and online advertising. The Coca Cola Company is one of the largest online advertised companies. It was one of the first companies to utilize advertising on Facebook and I believe that its rapid expansion onto the web has attributed to its continually positive annual income. After looking at the company’s techniques for online advertising, I took a step back and looked at some of the investment plans the company uses to attract investors. I chose to analyze these plans because they show the companies innovation and determination to bring in more investors despite the fact that they have been Industry leaders for numerous years. The company has not been a leader in just the USA, Coca-Cola co. is an ever expanding company that strives to enter new markets all around the world. Coca-Cola beverages are currently for sale in more than 200 countries and that number continues to rise every year. Coca-Cola co.’s desire to enter and dominate new markets hints to further future profits and stellar financial health.

I then chose to shift attention to more quantitative aspects of the

Here is some background information about the companies we researched to analyze their every step. I would like to state first the brand Coca Cola, which is the most popular non alcoholic beverage drink. We picked this Company because it’s one of the best out there. The topic of this research paper will be about the capital structure of Coca Cola, This paper serves as a comparison of debt and equity. It will help determine the true value of the company while also determining what their free cash flow is and the risk level for the organization. The question that this research will try to answer is if the 125 year old company is financially ready for another 125 years. The company needs to remain liquid and keep its operating costs low during times of inflation. The methodology that will be used will be multiple financial ratios to determine how the organization is operating and compare to times of exponential increases in profits. My expected findings will be that Coca Cola will have a minimal amount of free cash flow. There would be enough to remain liquid but also to remain flexible in starting new product lines or new investments. Coca Cola already operates in over 200 countries and should seek to expand advertising efforts in recently adopted countries. I anticipate that the company has endured over 125 years of economical, political and social upheavals. I hope to conclude that although there could be unpredicted unprecedented environmental events that Coca Cola will be able to continue operate.…

The United States has a democratic government which means that the government is supposed to be ran through the people. The interesting fact about that is that the American government was created by ideas that they got from Britain's parliament (Nardo, 1994, p. 83). Since these governments are based off of each other, they do share a lot of similarities. Although Britain and the United States had comparable growth in their governments from when they started, in the end they had and still do have very different styles of democracy. The three main comparison points between the British parliament and American government are the branches of government, political offices and parties, and the style of politics. The differences between the British…

There has been issues internally with discrimination suits against the company by the African American employees, market research has been contaminated, sabotage within the company, and attempts to inflate earnings; all of which negatively affected the company.…
