Create an account on http://www.collegeboard.org/ to get extra SAT and College information. Use the ACCESS CODE you received in your PSAT score results as you create your account for more personalized information.
See the SCHOLARSHIPS available locally. Go to our school website http://www.crestviewbulldogs.org and click “SCHOLARSHIPS” in the right hand sidebar.
Identify at least THREE that you are ELIGIBLE to apply for and INTERESTED in applying for when you are a junior/senior.
Identify the application requirements (essay? interview? etc.).

Click the “Students” icon and follow the instructions based on your career interests.
Answer the following questions about the career you are MOST interested in pursuing.
How does the occupation fit your skills and interests?
What will you be doing in the occupation?
What is the necessary education and/or training?
How many jobs are there in the occupation currently?
Is the occupation projected to grow, decline, or remain unchanged? Why?
How much does this occupation pay? What do the top 10 percent earn? The bottom 10 percent?
Find someone with a job in the occupation you are interested in, and interview him or her; you can call them and request a phone interview if you cannot meet in person. You should find out what kind of work the person does.
What the person likes and dislikes about the job.
What advice the person would give to someone interested in a career in this field.
