Positive: Prime bank is obviously going with the technological trend. That means they (Prime bank) keep themselves up to date with the latest technology. They introduced debit card and ATM booth for their valued client; they introduced any branch banking, and internet banking, miker check, SMS/mobile banking etc.
Negative: People still do not have excess of their bank account from their home, client still cannot transfer their money from one account to another account using internet, when they are in their home. Technological invention is moving too much fast that many high resolution printers have been invented, so some fraud people can easily print/produce fake bank note and make them available into the market.
Environmental:
Positive: Activities related to the prevention of environment degradation and promotion of environment; support people living in the coastal and ‘char’ areas; carbon trading etc. Another important undertaking by the bank also merits mentioning, which involves financing of a geo-textiles manufacturing project. Geo-textiles products are being used in ample quantity in construction of bridge and approach road, and building protection for riverbank, coastal, and embankment.
Negative: Prime Bank provide loan on house building which cause more use of technological tools causes energy consume more and more ultimately causes for reducing our cultivable loss.
Legal:
Positive:
There is no legal obligation upon a bank to grant a loan to its clients under certain circumstances. Corporate adviser like Bangladesh Bank help Prime Bank to keep their operation smooth specially by providing short term liquidity during crisis of liquidity, by providing useful suggestions.
Negative: Contractionary fiscal policy by government agency like Bangladesh Bank sometime impose some rules and regulations which create a restriction on making profit by providing banking service to people.
