All human beings have three lives: public, private and secret. ~Gabriel Garcia Marquez.Yesterday, today and tomorrow we have, and will communicate inevitably through multiple channels, because communication is essential to maintaining life. Each person has free will, to choose what to disclose about the self to others and we recognize this concept as part of the Communication Privacy Management theory (CPMT), based on the research of Sandra Petronio. This theory will always be a popular topic, because there are constantly new ways, which people are finding to reveal private information. Petronio sees (CPM) theory as a map, which portrays how people navigate privacy (Petronio, 2013). When we share information with others, we use thin and thick filters to disclose it. Today, more and more employers are using social media to select, and hire prospective employees. Therefore, people should remember to set appropriate privacy boundaries, and be much cautious, when disclosing private information on social
