Ethical Business Conduct Guidelines

Megabytes Management Consulting Services Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Manual -1

Article I.

Introduction This manual was compiled for our organization to see that Megabytes Management Consulting Services addresses the needs of our staff members when it comes to acceptable business practices for not only our industry but for sound business practices in total. This Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (set forth in the remainder of this manual known as the Code of Ethics) will assist our employees with the ethical information that our company deems important in regards business conduct for all that are employed at our organization. The policies and statements found in this document are to be considered when an ethical question is raised for various situations. We trust our employees to always proceed in the best intention of Megabytes Management Consulting Services. At the end of this manual you will find an acknowledgement form that you must sign and return to your immediate supervisor or human resources department within 7 days of your initial hire date. Your signature indicates you have received this manual, reviewed it and agrees to comply with the Code of Ethics set forth at our organization.

Article II. Your Responsibilities
Section 2.01 General Standards of Conduct
Megabytes Management Consulting Services encourages a rapport of expectation, trustworthiness and integrity among all. Employees need to be treated with respect and value at all times. Our organization prides itself on the principle that diversity among our employees and with our clients is a value without a price tag. No matter where you are stationed for employment, whether it is at our main office or on-site with a customer, the Code of Ethics is still valid and applies.

Section 2.02 Compliance with Laws
All employees at Megabytes Management Consulting Services are required to obey all laws
