The performance included a large number of both female and male dancers. Paula wore a black fishnet dress and the other female dancers wore similar outfits. One could say that they were wearing lingerie. The male dancers were also semi-nude for the most part of the video only wearing underwear and in occasions a tank top, pants, or a t-shirt. They danced in a large room that had scaffolding and the dancers transitioned from the floor to the scaffold in several occasions. The music for the performance was the song “Cold Hearted” also sang by Paula Abdul. The Ballet performance also included an extensive number of male and female dancers and danced to classical Ballet. The music had a slow tempo and gives feeling of relaxation. The show was performed at the Opera Bastille which is beautiful and spacious. They utilized both the low and high levels. They bent their backs to the low level and rapidly stood up straight again while reaching the high level with one arm to the sky in a sensual manner. The Ballet dancers also did a great job at utilizing their space. They executed large movements with their arms and danced in patterns across the whole stage. They were most of the time in a high level when they jumped and stretched their arms to the sky. There were also moments when they were on the low level creating asymmetrical lines with their legs. The Modern dance performers created large movements with their arms and legs. Several times they were on the medium level creating angular shapes then bending to the low level and rapidly ascending to the high level by extending their arms as far as they could.
