It allows endless customization of sizes and shapes; whatever you can dream up, you can have! No matter if you prefer rectangular, kidney shaped, freeform, or a cool guitar-shaped pool, gunite makes it a realistic option.
With Gunite, you can choose a beautiful interior finish that includes any color plaster, beautiful tiles, shells or stones. These pools can be dressed as elegantly as you prefer.
Maintenance of a Gunite pool means keeping the ph balance of your pool right, and keeping it super clean to avoid problems. The finishes can become pitted over time and scaling is a problem that can cause discoloration; you can have it cleaned with an acid wash that will cost about $1000. Replastering can become your only option if you have it acid washed more than a few times, and that will set you back about $2000. Again, the better you care for your pool, the less problems you will have with the Gunite liner.
