Kennedy had his plans rejected by congress and Reagan’s ideas on tax were passed. Kennedy was not on the same page as Reagan when it came to a working plan on tax. The congress of kennedy’s didn’t align with his thoughts of taking tax cuts to stimulate economic growth. Reagan also seemed to propose the right plan because of its effectiveness.
