At first examination of both of these computers, they both have the same basic foundations which consists of the keyboard, monitor and mouse. They can both be used with a slew of different handheld devices. Another similarity which used to be a difference was virus protection. In the past it used to be that PCs were more prone to virus and other kinds of malware, but with all the technologic advances Mac have now become just as prone to these kind of attacks. Additionally one of Pcs long lasting monopolies has now been compromised. In the past all of the businesses used PCs, but now times are changing, according to new research from Forrester. When buying a Mac there aren’t many options to choose from. Apple only offer three to four models such as the iMac, MacBook and the Mac Pro. None of these models sell for under 1000$ and can run as high as 4000$. But when purchasing a PC there are dozens of different options. On average a 400$-500$ computer will be good for most common users. If a person wants a computer for gaming then a 1000$ PC will run most new games with a hitch, on the other hand a 1000$ Mac would not even come close to playing the modern games. Also if you are technology advances you can save yourself even more money by building your own PC.
