Few brief about those two companies started with Tesco:
Tesco ( TESCO , Taiwan and Malaysia translated as Tesco, Chinese mainland called Tesco), is the United Kingdom , a large supermarket chain. It is now the UK's largest retailer, is second only to Wal-Mart ( USA ), Carrefour ( France ) the world's third largest supermarket group.
