Everyone loves music, doesn’t matter who you are, you will find someone or yourself listening to music rather you’re in a good mood or bad. You also have a favorite song that you will listen to anytime of the day cause you love it so much. I listen to music a lot and for my project I chose two songs, the first song is Pualena by Vika and My House by Flo Rida. I chose Pualena because the song evokes love and happy feelings. This song is about love and how beautiful something or someone is that it can drive you crazy and take your breath away. I chose My House because it evokes happy and relaxing feelings. In this essay i will discuss the similarities and differences in these two songs.

This is an important theme because when people listen to the song after work or school then they can just get that relaxing feeling and just want to unwind from a long day of work. In the song, Flo Rida writes “ we don't like to go out.” These lyrics means that instead of going out we want to stay in and relax. In addition Flo writes “ morning comes and you know that you wanna stay.” These lyrics means that when you wake up from a fun party you want to stay home and party some more and just relax all day. Pualena and My House are similar in that they both explore the theme of happy and joyful feelings. While Vika feels that love express the theme more and, Flo Rida feels that relaxing express the theme.
