The executive branch carries out the federal government's powers and laws. The executive branch consists of the following people: the president, the vice president, and the Cabinet are assigned to keep the division organizationed and functioned correctly. They also have different duties that may must complete in order for the branch to meet their requirements.

He also is the leader of the Senate(located in the legislative) Consequently, if the president dies or get reassigned, the vice president takes over the office until the six term is over or the next election period.
The third and final part of the executive branch is the Cabinet. The Cabinet members are nominated and elected by the president. The job of the Cabinet is to assist the president and the vice president. They are also people that advise the department amd agencies.
The second branch of the U.S government is the judicial branch. The judicial branch has the Supreme Court and the Circuit. The judicial branch is the located in Washington D.C . It also talks about the laws and choose to make them an official and talks about the Congress laws.
The head of the judicial branch is the Supreme Court and it is also called the federal courthouse. The Supreme Court is the powerful court thats is in the United states. The Supreme Court and the regular court house is totally different. The regular courthouse decides rather guilty or not guilty but the Supreme Court decides that law is constitutional or unconstitutional. The decisions that the court decide are final and if the law is unconstitutional they will not pass it. The laws that are passed down from the executive branch, must be verified by the Supreme court.
There are numerous judges in the courtroom. It has one cheif judge and varies of associate judges.The judges are elected by citizens and not appointed. The judges explain laws and unhold the trials in their courtrooms. The justices are there to assist the main judge to help the decision of the laws
The third branch of the U.S government is the legislative branch.
The legislative branch makes the laws that have been explain and given from the executive and the judicial branches. The legislative branch has two organizations of congress in the legislative branch. The two houses are the Senate and the House of Representatives.
Senators are were elected by the state legislatures but they are now elected by the citizens. In the United States there are 100 Senators in all because 2 senators are assigned to each state in the U.S. Most Senators must be at least 30 and must serve a six year term. They also need to be a U.S citizen for nine years
The other organization in the legislative branch is the house of the Representatives. There are over 400 representatives in the 50 states in the united states. The number of Representatives is based in the population of the state. The representatives are elected by U.S. states. You will need to be 25 years old or older to be a representative. Also you have to be a U.S. citizen for seven years and complete a two year term.
The house of Representatives have many powers. They can proceed the bills, vote against federal officials, and break the tie of a president
election.
In conclusion, the three branches works as a system. The legislative branch makes the laws, the executive branch carries out the laws, and the judicial evaluates and finals laws. Without these branches, the laws that are in the U.S now will be more dangerous and outrageous and the world would be in chaos.
