Arthur and the CEO’s stories may have been played out in different locations and time periods, but Arthur’s overarching message still holds truth in both works of literature. Author’s story took place in the mythical land of Camelot (which some believed to be an allusion to England), in the 5th century. He struggles with uniting a kingdom, protecting that kingdom, and finding the ever elusive, mythical Holy Grail. The Holy Grail is said to be the cup that Jesus drank from at The Last Supper and it imbues immortality to any who drink from it . The CEO, on the other hand, is dealing with modern day struggles. In a constantly advancing, technological age of history, CEO’s are constantly fighting to remain on top in their field of business.
