One thing is dancers dress fancy and don't get dirty, but farmers are the opposite. Farmers sell what they produce on their job, dancers don't. Farmers work mostly outside and dancers work mostly inside. Those are some differences.
Aristotle stated “Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work.” Farmers job is better than a dancer because dancers aren't always guaranteed a job, money, and something to do.
