Executive Summary
Businesses players are normally confronted with several challenges that require redress. Apple
Company is among those companies which has faced stiff competition in realization of its endeavors. The company which has repositioned itself in the market has for the first time realized reduced net sales that sent great signal to its management. The reduction was associated with stiff competition in the telecommunication industry. This paper intends to explore on the competition problem affecting Apple Company. It will use different problem solving techniques to identify significant problem and key solution. In the introduction section, the company has been introduced by focusing on its vision, mission and core values.
The company’s core products have also been identified in the position section. In the sense section, the problems have been identified. PEST analysis has been used to find the problems, scenario planning and prioritization. In the uncover section, the problem cause have been identified. The solve section offer several solution to the problems. In addition, the build section focuses on the cost benefit analysis of the competitive problem affecting Apple Company.
