I used juxtaposing adjectives to word to provide a clear differentiation between Sleepy and Snow White. These adjectives lead to the shock brought on by the word. The purpose of a complex sentence is to depreciate one clause in order to make the other one more prominent. For this reason, I intentionally placed the word in the independent clause. I used a periodic sentence to build up the struggle this student has finding his own method of academic success. The gerund phrases of the periodic sentence also provides context for the sentence because of the boy’s in ability to be perfect at answering difficult questions.
