Conformity And Film Analysis

Conformity is a type of social control. As described by Innes (2003) “ definition of social control as an organized response to deviant acts( Innes 2003. Pg. 16.).” As framed in the film conformity is recognizing disobedients and ways to act in certain aspects of society. The prime example in the film of conformity is the group of young girls acting “disobedient” in the museum, however after they realized their actions they soon changed and began to conformity to “obedient” actions in the museum. The film showed many aspects of conformity in everyday life.
