Notably among the issues that are associated with the use of CRA’s in my current workplace is the fact that favoritism becomes the order of the day especially if the relationship is between a superior and a subordinate. Such favoritism includes promotion, travelling, training, and offer of incentives for no work done and can breed animosity between employees. This can disrupt the peace of the company. It can create unnecessary tension. Employees should in its discretion, exercise sound judgment with respect to the placement of employees in these situations in order to avoid the creation of a conflict or the appearance of a conflict of interest, avoid favoritism or the appearance of favoritism, and decrease the likelihood of sexual harassment in the workplace. I totally agree with Hellriegel and Slocum (2011) when they wrote “a clear code of ethics should be promulgated and followed”. The code should have it that couples would not be allowed to work within the same facility. I believe this stipulation would avert most of the issues associated with workplace sexual harassment and the
