I am currently teaching at Croydon College is a state college and a large general further education (FE) in central London. It is the largest provider of post-16 education and training in the London Borough of Wandsworth. The college has centre in Wandsworth, Roehampton, Putney, Battersea and Tooting and serves some of the most deprived wards in south-west London. The college is regularly monitored and inspected time to time by The Office for Standards in Education (OFSTED) sector for 16-19 education and training, national regulation agencies for example the quality assurance agency for Higher education(QAA) review quality and defines standard for university level course.
The learning Skills Council for England who is responsible for planning education and training for students over 16. The College is also recognized by the home office and all qualifications that are offered at South Thames College are part of UK national education and training system and are accredited by the government’s qualification and curriculum Authority.

The college utilized Self assessment such as lesson observation and peer assessment to monitor performance and determine the degree to which the college is meeting standard and expectation of their customers and stakeholder. Lesson are observed by expert group which is made up of OFSTED and ALI inspectors as well as other experience observers who monitored teaching and learning process.
