TREO calculated 11 PPRs for the reporting period of 1/2016 - 12/2016; 7 or 64% came through the emergency room at $96,534. Total PPRs is $111,666 of which 86.4% of dollars flowed from ER as the driving admit source
Cornerstone had 1,365 potentially preventable emergency visits from 1/2016 to 12/2016;
1,156 or 85% are attributed to members in non-chronic segments
Total PPV paid for the period is $353,012; $72,534 for chronic and critical segments and the remainder ($280,478) belongs
