Heart desease is a condition that affect the structure and functions of the heart and has many root causes. There are many types of heart diseases. Including:
1. Heart Failure
Heart failure is a condition where the heart can not supply the bloodstream to fulfill the needs of the body and potentially deadly. This type of heart disease have some symptoms including: swelling in the feet and hands, the addition or subtraction of weight before swelling due to fluid excessive, short in breathing, fatigue continuously, feel discomfort in the chest and arm due to a blockage of the coronary arteries.

First is Left heart failure or left ventricular heart failure which happened due to interruption of blood pumping by the left ventricle so that the left cardiac output decreasing because of the last diastolic volume result in the left ventricle is increasing. Second is right heart failure, this may occur because of interference or obstacles at the pumping power of the right ventricle, so that the stroke volume of the right ventricle decreasing without preceded by the presence of left heart failure so that the pressure and volume of last right ventricle diastolic will increase and the condition will be a burden to the right atrium in its job to fill the right ventricle during the diastolic.
The symptoms of Heart Failure are: breathless, often coughing, especially when lying down the swelling of abdomen, legs and feet fatigue or low energy, head feels light-headed or dizzy and weight increasing due to fluid retention.
In diagnosing heart failure we can use Coronary Angiogram, it can be done to diagnose the cause of inhibition of heart failure. A dye is injected into the blood stream and explore all the blood vessels in the heart and body. This dye visible in x- ray examination, so that it makes the blood vessel visible on an angiogram. This thing allows the doctor to find a blocked
