I am contacting you in regards to the Part-time Genius position available at our store in the Kenwood Town Centre Cincinnati Ohio. I learned about the position from Mike Reinbolt, the senior Family Room manager. I have diverse knowledge in iPhone, iPad, and Macintosh repair from my experience as a Family Room Specialist, (FRS). I feel that my experience as an FRS qualifies me for the position, as I have worked in this related field for several years.
My profound interest for customer service and device repair has prompted me to enhance my skills with an emphasis in Macintosh computer repairs. I am competent in team building and the leadership skills that I have acquired in my position as an FRS. My Net Promoter scores are consistently high which reinforces my customer service skills and knowledge of the technical skill I have acquired during my time as an Apple employee. Besides my customer service qualifications and valuable experiences in mobile device repair, I have studied at Strayer University and will obtain a Bachelors degree in Network Administration at the end of this year.
