The movie was great because how they acted their roles were exceptional. Honestly, the roles given to them are really hard because they will handle all the emotional and physical challenges of their roles. You really need a good actors to be able to act it out, and so they did. It was so moving, since you are able to see hopeless people who as much as possible keep their selves positive and enthusiastic in life. It is directed by Penny Marshall, the film was produced by…

The cast was game, McG clearly knew how to shoot and edit a flashy action sequence (and he loves those long takes), and it had a nice assemblage of colorful heroes (Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, and Lucy Liu) and colorful villains (Sam Rockwell, Kelly Lynch, and Crispin Glover) with a Tim Curry cameo to boot. The film is lively, colorful, and clearly a labor of love for producer Drew Barrymore (who insisted that her angels not use guns). Despite a troubled production (among other things, Bill Murray and Lucy Liu didn’t get along) and a delay from summer to November of 2000, the film snagged a $40 million debut and eventually earned $264m on a $93m…

To be completely honest, I would have to say that majority of the acting was very mediocre. I know it wasn’t supposed to be like something off of Broadway but I expected a lot more, and I felt like only a couple of actors came through with that. The acting was not terrible, but it wasn’t spectacular either. I felt like some characters were not putting their all into their characters. I also felt like some people should not have been casted into the roles they had received. Many times a background character would outshine a main character during the performance. Pertaining to the acting, I think that the fact that it was a musical added more stress to the actors which consequently could have placed a strain on their acting abilities. This is because they were most likely more concerned with their vocals. Something I did like in their acting was the fact that they used little children, I found that very adorable.…

Religion played a central role in Spartan society in the ancient world. In addition to being well known for their fierce fighting force, Spartans were well known amongst other Greek city-states for their devotion and serious attitude towards religion and the gods. Because of their strict devotion to religious practises, they were often mocked by other Greek states. The gods were to be obeyed completely and were to be respected completely by all Spartans, though in theory, this relationship between the Spartans and the gods was believed to have been based on mutual respect. Religion was seen as a way of combining the gods with everyday social and political/governmental aspects of Spartan society, so much so that Spartan kings also served as chief priests.…

The actors did a great job at portraying their character the only problem that I had was that at sometimes it was just a little harder to understand what they were saying up on the stage from the back of the audience. The costumes that the main character had as well as all of the rest of the characters also helped portray their characters personality as well as the time setting and…

Overall, this is still a good movie that draw your attention and you can be really enjoyable watching it. I personally think the actors did really well performing their roles, especially Tom Hanks as James Donovan, and Mark Rylance as Rudolf Abel. They got the movie pretty much base on the truth, and some parts were of course dramatized to make it more…
