The trojan horse actually worked. It put an end to a war that many had thought would never end. Once nightfall came, my men and i sneaked out of the wooden horse and killed everybody in the village. Our plan didn't go as expected however, most of the men in the village were out partying as a celebration. Due to the celebration we ended up waiting for them to pass out. Once we started back for troy we noticed that our food supplies were rather low. In order to survive we ended up making a pitstop at a local island for food and water. Things at the island also didn't go as planned. We ran into some complications with the locals there that resulted in the death of many of our men. However in order to avoid a whirlpool named charybdis that would for sure destroy our ship and kill us all, i made a decision to go trew the strait containing scylla.. Scylla used to be a beautiful woman loved by a sea god, our old friend circe however decided it would be best to turn her into a disturbing twelve foot tall sea serpent, and on top of that she had 6 necks. That alone without charybdis was enough to freeze my men in place from shock. She had 3 rows of teeth on each of her six heads and i remember how gruesome and horrible they looked. She lived in a cave that oversaw the whole strait, charybdis however lived underneath a fig tree and roared a terrible sound every once in awhile. Approaching the strait my men and i were able to keep an eye out for the monsters, we could tell when charybdis was nearby the roar of water that the whirlpool sucked in and out. Scylla however gave no such warning. My men and i were on the edge the entire time waiting just waiting for something to happen. Sadly my men were not eyeful enough, while we were trying to avoid charybdis, scylla caught six men off guard and came out of her cave and captured them and brought them back to her laier. Myself and what was remaining of the crew was able to escape the strait with out lives still intact, losing those men was still a for sure
