Find the burglary statute for your home state and summarize
Oklahoma State Title 21 states that any individual that illegally enters the dwelling place of another when another individual is present in the home with the intent to commit a crime, such as stealing property, has committed burglary. The entering of a home illegally can be committed by forcibly entering the home, by entering the home using tools or counterfeit keys, or opening an unlocked window. Therefore, if any of these actions have taken place, the individual or criminal has committed burglary in the first degree, seconded degree, or third degree.
