In Conclusion, for this Senior Research Paper the main reason i chose this because i wanted to know and study people with this profession are also trying to find out why do people commit offence, what are their motives, what made them do so. The research of cause effect relationship ranges from a serial killer’s childhood environment to psychological stress, which leads them to commit the crime since the main goal is not to only punish someone, but to prevent them from re-committing a crime. Another very important point is taking care about witnesses and victims. Very often they might get really serious stress and it is concern of police and psychologists to help them recover and that’s why i chose this career because i want to stop from the crime happening again. Honestly, my last thoughts on this career and after researching everything what’s to know about this career is i still want to pursue to be Criminal Psychologist because that’s what i really want to do. I want to visit jails talk to the prisoner about how he committed the crime and why chose to even though it won’t be easy as it seem to get the information from him or her and i’m into getting my hands dirty and getting the information and just testifying against the other people giving them a reason and i’m also into just studying their behavior and thoughts of Criminals. But in this whole research paper i’m still going to pursue this career.
