AUTOMOBILE PARKING. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking spaces only. All others are subject to towing at Tenant's expense. Parking spaces are limited to private passenger vehicles and that Tenant shall have no right to store any vehicles, boats, trailers or recreational vehicles, etc. Tenant hereby grants Landlord the undisputed right, within ten (10) days notice to remove all unauthorized property and any vehicle from property spaces which is inoperable for fifteen (15) days. Landlord shall not be responsible for any damages occurred for removal and expense of removing any and all vehicles;

21. REQUESTS, REPAIRS AND MALFUNCTIONS. All notices or requests for repairs, installations, services or security-related matters, must be in writing to Landlord, (except in cases of emergencies). Please note that air conditioning problems are NOT emergencies. Landlord's written notes on Tenant's oral request do not constitute a written request from Tenant; Landlord's compliance with or response to any oral request regarding security matters does not waive the strict requirement for written notices under this Agreement. Tenant must promptly notify Landlord in writing
