Over the duration of my prac, I gain understanding of the importance of inclusion and respectful relationship in the centre. I witness that when educator being inclusive to other educator and the families, the children display comfort to interact with the educators, the atmosphere of the centre feels more comfortable and relax, which strength the cooperation of the team work, and it increase the quality of relationship between educators and the children (Cologon, 2014).
