In most cultures; especially the Persian culture, it is a sign of respect to say greetings when meeting outside of therapy. When a client is seen in their work place which the therapist is shopping at, then if the client approaches the therapist then they should go ahead and greet them without refereeing to therapy. If the client is someone seen at a gathering and there becomes a connection between the therapist and the client, it should be addressed in therapy to have clear guideline to what is appropriate and what is not. At times, the client and the therapist would prefer not to see each other out side of therapy context and if they do run into each other they must set boundaries to how to deal with each other. A dual relationship can be very beneficial if the client believes that it will help them in therapy for various reason, then the therapist must be understandable to follow periodical yet be friend at the same time. All of these dual relationship must be mentioned in first session of therapy to avoid any
