Curriculum Deliverable: A Case Study
The Curriculum deliverable will be pursued as my choice for a professional product. The Curriculum deliverable is multipurpose; subsequently, it will allow for the expansion of knowledge in Adult Education through scholarly inquiry and critical analysis while informing practice in that area. This deliverable will allow literature-based practical strategies to be utilized; henceforth, finding the solutions to specific localized problems encountered in practice will be optimized, such as retention among adult learners in higher learning institutions. A Curriculum deliverable can support means to bring about change for individuals, organizations, institutions, and/or communities. Adults retention solutions will allow adults to complete their programs and institutions will become equipped with the proper tools needed to support adult learners. …show more content…
The Change Management Plan would be best suited for a capstone projected that seeks to bring about change in a process that allows an organization to meet its objectives, such as Proctor & Gamble that need to change how a product is made to meet or improve the quality for the public. When an organization is ready for change they first need to prepare for change. When preparing for change managers need to define their change management strategy.
