Education can be a factor in marriage but it doesn’t determine if one should get married to another. For instance” 4.32 million people got married in 2012 in the US” ( pew research). With is amount of people getting married it is very hard to say that women have a harder time finding the right person with a similar education level. Adding on, David brooks also wrote” In high school, girls get higher grades in every subject, usually by a quarter of a point, and have a higher median class rank.” Even if education did play a great role in marriage, Men are not hat far away from having similar education level. As posited by David brooks the grades are only a quarter of a point greater so why are women having a hard time finding the right
