The cost on controlling the drug and arrest the dealers are never cheap, and is increasing every year. 2011, Obama is putting 100 million dollars into drug control (Decriminalizing Marijuana). Because of this, the U.S. economy is having some problems. And if they did decriminalized marijuana, it will be even harder to control the spread of the drug, so that the government have to put in more money on drug controlling.
