Ans: A Manager’s success in becoming one of the greatest managers ever depends understanding the managerial duties and responsibilities and ensure the key managerial activities are done well and done right. It is imperative for the Manager to have an in depth understanding of the Managerial duties and responsibilities in the scope of the Manager Job. Given the fact that every organization philosophy is not the same, the nature and kind of people are not the same, it is even more challenging to identify those key common activities of a manager’s role that hold credible in every organization. A manager, who is generally the head of a department or functional area within an organization, has specific responsibilities depending on the needs of his or her organization.

    This is how volcanoes erupt. First the volcano makes something called magma from melted rock. The magma goes through a circulation inside the volcano. The magma has to form at the bottom of the volcano and then it starts its way up the main vent. The main vent is a hole that is in the volcano and when the volcano is ready to erupt the lava at the top of the main vent. The magma goes up the main vent slowly while it is still getting hotter.
