Many people have heard of the old saying that “beauty comes from within.” Although beauty is difficult to define due to differential views, the majority of people may agree that it is a person’s personality that makes them beautiful. There are so many cases in which girls and guys alike starve themselves to acquire the “beautiful” body image that is seen in the media today. Is it not enough to have a healthy body?
