The moment the words escaped my mouth I knew my life was going to change, what I did not expect was how drastic the impact would be. Not so long ago, on December 18, 2013, life, as I had known, had become upended, as my family and friends first discovered how I had been molested, for years by not only one but two family members. I remember having to repeat my story countless of times; speaking to the schools' counselor, waiting for my father at the police department, and when having to talk about my depression and anxiety. Even after all this time, I have yet to be informed
