The Tour Guiding for Geography Laboratory

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Welcome to The Affiliated School of Baoding Normal, and now is the time for me to introduce proudly about our Geography Laboratory.
Before getting a view of the lab, let me give a short introduction of it. This laboratory was built in summer of 2012, and it took about three hundred thousand yuan. With this huge investment, there is lots of high-tech equipment in it and this lab became one of the most advanced educational laboratories in the whole province.
Now, let us come and have a look of it. (VISITOR: Wow! A: It is awesome, isn’t it! ) The stuffs in the glass boxes on the left were models for geographic landscapes, for example, plateau, plain, basin, mountain land. And they have been great helpers for our geography studying.
These pictures on the wall contain helpful information about geography. And on the back, there are two gigantic maps. Let us come closer and get a clear look of them. They are not as same as paper made map, however, are electronic. They can show the geography information of a region when you click it with a special pen.
(Go ahead to the windows. Yes. ) You saw that curtain? But it is not simply a curtain, but a curtain which is full of geographic knowledge! And some of the images on the curtains were bought from abroad. That is extremely rare. So, I would say, that this whole room is full of Geographic Knowledge.
Finally, let us come to this funny big ball here. You know that it symbolized Earth. And magically, it can have light on it like the real planet and it can make us know how the Earth turns better. And when we take this Giant ball away,(moving) it can show on the ceiling! That is cool.
