First of all, the first difference that was really easy to see was the way the paper boy was acting toward Blanche. In the book, when Blanche was trying to flirt with him he wasn’t really into her, he was scared and shocked and he backed off but in the movie he was really into her and he keeped his eyes on her. That explain how the paperboy in the book acted diferently in the book compared to the movie.Secondly,The sound effects in the movie is really more effectif than the one in the book
because in the movie you can tell what is going to happen by the intensity, the tone and the sounding of the music. In the book, they tell that there’s some music but its not as relevant as the one in the book. That explain the way the music in the movie tells about the scene importance. To finish, in the play it was really confusing to know if stanley really raped Blanche. In the book its was needed to carfully read between the lines to see if Stanley raped Blanche, instead of in the movie its clearly seen that Stanley was trying to rape Blanche. That explain how there’s a really big deference about this aspect in the movie.
In conclusion, the tree big difference in the and the movie a street car named desire was the sound effect, the paperboy scene and finally the rape scene.
