I would even go further to say that the rehabilitation that is provided, would garnish future wages of that individual for the provided care. For instance, if the rehabilitation costs 2000 a month to provide that criminal, then I would garnish his checks 250 a month until he or she has reached a maximum of 20% of the cost. That would not only ease the amount tax payers pay, and facility costs, but also serves as a reminder to not commit domestic violence. It is unfortunate that we even have to discuss domestic violence and the fact that they continue to reoffend. Should there be a mutual site, such as the sexual offender registry that we can put up domestic violent registry? So that women and men, both can have access to data before they further involve themselves with someone? I believe that is a method worth looking
