Difference Between North America And Argentina

Equality issues in North America and Argentina are a very huge problem in modern society. Each country share some of the same equality issues. Some of Argentina’s equality issues differ from the issues in North America. Two of the biggest equality issues within both countries are gender inequality and police brutality. One difference between Argentina and North America are the jobs criteria on being hired. In Argentina it's based on persistence and how bad you want to work and not based upon your appearance. Another equality issue that is very big is domestic violence. Domestic violence is huge in Argentina. Just like in North America females in Argentina are not equally treated. Majority of everything men own, like land and businesses. The men usually work the more high paying jobs and the women work the low income jobs. In these two countries men are the more dominant. One big part of evidence that men are more dominant in these countries is that men make more money. In North America females average pay is about 11,000 dollars less then men. In Argentina females make 10 percent less than males. This data proves that even with all the laws passed in both countries, males still get better opportunities than females.
