In 1791, as part of his financial plan, Secretary of The Treasury Alexander Hamilton proposed that Congress charter a Bank of the United States, to serve as a central bank of the country. Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson opposed the notion, stating that the Constitution did not specifically give Congress such a power which was under a limited government because Congress had no powers other than those specifically given to it. Upon hearing of Jefferson’s opinion Hamilton responded by arguing that Congress had all powers except those specifically denied to in the constitution also known as the “necessary and proper” clause Of Article l. Washington who was president at the time had agreed with Hamilton and there was when the bank was given a twenty-year charter that would expire in 1811. I disagree with this stance because if the court denies Frank Collin and the NSPA the right to march, than the court is not granting more attention and political power to them, it is simply following the rules established in the constitution. The NSPA could not use this court ruling against the United States to appeal the decision even further. This ruling would be consistent with all other forms of hate that were denied the freedom of expression. The marches, which were to take place, were certainly in the wrong place at the wrong time and in the wrong manner to promote general welfare and ensure domestic tranquility.…

Society is often guilty for persecuting entire races, sexes, and nationalities; it’s not just their leaders. Inequality is so common that it can be witnessed daily. Individuals should still try to abolish these ideas no matter the consequences or how hard it may be. The United States of America has a declaration of independence that…
