Abstract
When researching publications such as academic journals or speeches the variety of perspectives are immense. Everyone will deal with the topic of how digital privacy and data collection and will affect each individual. It doesn't matter what notion the individual adopts because both factors will have to work with each other at some point. The common technique for this has been to just create a new regulation that could go through many revisions before it is apt to protect privacy, but by this time newer, more advanced technologies are moving in again. What has been learned through the past few years is that privacy by design is a consideration for many in information technology to get an outset start on securing privacy through the designing phase. Mulligan and Bamberger (2013) saw the challenges in privacy through design and researched a method of using the regulatory procedure in collaboration with law professionals.
