Distracted driving is a critical issue that can benefit from more attention because teens and young adults are losing lives. Exploring the disconnect between awareness and behavior, and educating about the
consequences from engaging in irresponsible behavior while driving. Although education is key in mitigating the issue by taking a creative route on starting The National Distracted Driving Campaign, by bringing awareness to current drivers and future drivers in high schools, colleges and universities.
This campaign targets drivers ages 16 – 25 and seeks to hit home with the idea that people feel impervious to distracting driving, but they are not. Distracted driving effects all lives. Nobody is special enough to (Insert verb) & drive.
