Diveloping culture in Russia
The main goal of this report is to figure out the differences between Russian and Spanish culture. Given countries will undergo the thorough analysis of the main peculiarities and features of their cultures. Moreover, in order to get deeper understanding of the matter we adapt our professional skills to the cultures and working style of the countries in question. As an example of this we will analyze these cultures using a cultural framework of Trompenaars.
First of all, in order to trace a line between any countries and figure out what do they differ in, one should take into account the climate discrepancies in the countries exposed to an analysis. This peculiarity has a significant impact on culture as a whole. To explain this we start comparing the temperature’s differences in Russia and Spain and subsequently show which consequences it has on the working style and live in these countries.
