Seems like most of that 50% is either lazy and are not willing to work on their marriage (they think it’s all rainbows and no actual work), or got married because of a fleeting thought in their heads and ran to Vegas, or they just married for money and looking forward to the divorce settlement. Divorce can also depend on the extent of the problem. If a couple is experiencing some difficulties when they are together because of their differences, it is not a very good reason to file for a divorce. They got married because they want to be with each other for the rest of their lives regardless of their differences, so why file for a divorce.
