1.0 Introduction This document will propose all features and procedures to develop the system. Computerized Examination System is very useful for Educational Institute to prepare an exam, safe the time that will take to check the paper and prepare mark sheets. It will help the Institute to give the exam to the Examiner and develop their skills. But the disadvantages for this system, it takes a lot of times when you prepare the exam at the first time for usage. And we are needs number of computers with the same number of Examiners. The effective use of "Computerized Examination System", any Educational Institute or training centers can be use it to develop their strategy for putting the exams, and for getting better results in less time. At the Golden Success Maritime Training Center they have a Computer Based Examination for walk in that can use of the Examiner anytime not only to try their knowledge but also to improve and understand better the Exam.

1.1 Company Profile

1.1.1 History

The Golden Success Review Center was founded by CM Renato C. Sangalang and Capt. Arcenio C. Padilla Jr. Who both graduated from Philippine Merchant Marine Academy. They both have a good records, and known as one of the most outstanding student in their time. They do both similar goals in life, not only have a better and to improve the way of living with their families but to also have a business that will help to fulfill the dreams of their co-seafarers.

They Build the Review Center who offers a comprehensive review for the marine deck officers preparing for the licensure examination. It is a primarily a review center to hopeful marine graduate to pass the licensure examination which was first at Taft Avenue near at La Salle University on October 1994. At that time they only have one staff and one utility within their office. At 1995 they moved at the Manufacturers Building in Plaza Sta.Cruz and they have two
