I chose to write about Domino’s Pizza Corporation and its social responsibility in its environment. Domino's Pizza was founded in 1960, and according to Dominos Pizza.com, is the recognized world leader in pizza delivery operating a network of company-owned and franchise-owned stores in the United States and international markets. Domino's Pizza's Vision illustrates a company of exceptional people on a mission to be the best pizza delivery company in the world. Domino’s pizza chain is expanded over 8000 store around the world.

Their belief is the more our company reflects the neighborhoods where we do business, the greater our competitive advantage will be. They believe richness of diversity in the workplace stimulates the work environment and, in turn, stimulates creativity and innovation.
Domino's Pizza is committed to an inclusive culture which values the contributions of our customers, team members, suppliers and neighbors.
