Donald Trump was born on June 14, 1946 in Queens, New York. His parents are Fred Trump, who is a real estate developer, and Mary Anne. Trump has four other siblings, he is the fourth child out of the five. Trump’s Sister, Maryanne is a well-known U.S federal judge for U.S. Court of Appeals. Trump’s family is of Scottish and German descent. His family were immigrants that moved to New York in the early 1900’s. Trump’s named was taken from the German last name “Drumpf”, which came from his grandfather.
For high school, Donald Trump went to New York Military Academy. Then for college, Donald Trump went to Fordham University in the Bronx to get his Associates Degree, and then transferred to a good real estate program in the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he then got his Bachelor of Science degree in economics. Trump had many mentors growing up, such as his father, but someone that he really looked up to and molded his life is his military school Colonel. and his mentor Colonel Theodore Dobias helped him a lot on how to become a better man. Before becoming the infamous mogul that he is.
Donald Trump spent summer vacations working for his father’s company “Elizabeth Trump and Son”, which eventually he inherited from his father and renamed it to the “Trump Organization”. . Trump now owns most of the hotels in New York City with that company. Because of his many business ventures, Donald Trump is now worth billions of dollars and has become one of the most controversial real estate developers of our time. Also, with his fame, Donald Trump is the star of a reality television show called “The Apprentice”, basically where he trains people to become as successful a him. Trump has been married multiple times. His first wife’s name is Ivana Zelnickova Winklmayr, who was a famous model. Trump and Ivana had three children, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and, Ivanka Trump. In the early 90’s, when Trump split from his wife, his image was tainted due to the public separation. Then in 1993 Trump then married a woman named Marla Maples whom he already had a child with, and then divorced her in 1997. His final marriage and lasting marriage was in 2005 to a model named Melania Knauss, whom he had his fifth child with.
When Trump announced to the world he was running for president, his for running for presidency is because he said he wants to “make this country great again” and “restore the American dream”.
If Donald Trump wins his presidency, he will be in office for 4 years. If he wins a second election he will be in office for another 4 years. Donald Trump is affiliated with the Republican Party, also referred to as the GOP or the Grand Old Party. Although it is not set in stone, Donald Trump has hinted in recent interviews that the junior U.S. senator from Texas, Ted Cruz might be who he selects as his Vice President. If Trump wins the Presidency he will be living in the white house in Washington, D.C. Hopefully, Trump will fulfill all his promises and leave a great legacy behind while being
