Martin Luther King Jr. was a catalyst for social change in the 1950s and 1960s preaching a philosophy of nonviolence and galvanizing people of all races. In Dr.King’s I Have A Dream speech he states “ And they have come to realize their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.” This lines states that that the African American freedom is a bound that should not and cannot be untangled.
