The nuclear conflict Between the United States and USSR starts after the end of WWII when the two-allied power realized they differed further than their geography. Both countries differ in values, beliefs, principles, and regimes. The Russian realization was made by both Russia and the United States after the end of World War II; that the United States and Russia became aware of their different political ideals, and values (Phil Williams,1989). The difference created fear on both parties. Russia felt that the creation of NATO and the Warsaw Act was generated as a form of defense against the spread of their political regime.
