Depending on a person’s genetic code or brain malfunctions, patients can do a series of crimes from stealing a lollipop or mass murder. I agree that proper placement for people with these issues instead of prison are mostly necessary, a point that needs emphasizing since so many people believed that it was the person who did its fault and had no idea it could had been a Neural issue. Likewise, to what Eagleman says on the matter of how these people need help through an institution, jail, or incentive program is remarkable. These people must feel as if the world is pushing its hardest when going through all of this and incentives and intervention meeting would be ideal for stress relief. It makes the person feel better and to keep putting effort into overcoming. There are people who must work harder than others and are less controlled than others would be because that was how their genetics played
